PUMP SERIES ‘VP’, VC NO-VP001

This ‘VP’ Series pumps have been launched specially taking care to the Sprinkler irrigation system which needs high head because of frictional losses of head in the piping between the pump and Sprinkler and also the pressure required at the sprinkler inlet. We have designed a special Type Impeller which require low NPSHR i,e having high suction capability and are of stable characteristic raising continuously towards shut – off which helps to give higher distribution efficiency.

In this series Bearing Block is a separate part bolted with suction and discharge casing. The Bearings can be replaced by removing the Blocks only, leaving the main pump assembly intact. There is ample space behind the stuffing Box to insert or remove gland packing.

By an increase of number of stages head can be increased proportionately to the maximum extent to eleven stages and the pump shaft runs below the critical speed guided by antifriction Ball Bearing at both end located in separate Bearing Block.
