PUMP SERIES – ‘SR’, VC NO-SR002

Mine water always contains fine and coarse Articles. Some mine waters are highly acidic having PH value as low as 1.5, while others are very alkaline and some have natural value 7.0. Taking care of such character of mine water VOLCAN have launched ‘SR’ series pumps, which are of compact and sturdily built so that they are unaffected by unskilled handling in frequent transportation from one place to another’s, and continuous operation in dust and highly humid atmosphere generally present in the mines.

In this ‘SR’ series pumps hydraulic balancing of the axial thrust is achieved by means of rotating and stationery balancing disc device. Pumps are available both in Roller and oil lubricated Bush Bearing are of Bronze or special Babbitt Metal.

Water cooling arrangement is provided on both sides Bearing Block and suction side stuffing Box. The Shaft extension is on suction side so that the Balancing device on the pressure side is easily accessible.

Available series > 100 SR, 125 SR, 150 SR, 175 SR & 200 SR.

Discharge capacity up to 15000 LPM
